We supply premium machinery to the construction and agricultural sectors through a strong dealer network across Sydney and the South Coast.As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist for our Head Office in Ingleburn.This role requires someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and internally within our team.To succeed in this positionyou will be responsible for:Being a warm and positive first point of contactAnswer and direct phone calls and emails relating to customers and staff enquiries for all departmentsAssist finance team with invoicingMaintain a tidy and welcoming reception areaAssist department heads with administration requests - ordering of stock, database information,



etcAssist with general administration duties as neededThe successful applicant will have:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative roleA positive attitude and team-focused mindsetIntermediate to advanced computer skillsExceptional communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent phone mannerExperience in a dealership, machinery or equipment branch is highly advantageous but not essential.This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pmIf you have the skills and qualifications to successfully carry out the requirements of this position, we would like to hear from you!
