Peak Hill Quarry in Norman Gardens, Rockhampton is seeking a reliable, organised and customer‐focused Administration & Weighbridge Operator to join our busy operational team at our Quarry in Rockhampton for an IMMEDIATE START.This ongoing casual role offers stable weekday hours with a strong view to full‐time employment after a successful 6‐month probation period.If you enjoy a mix of administration, customer service and hands‐on operational support, this role offers long‐term stability and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the weighbridge and accurately process incoming and outgoing vehicle movementsPrepare accurate booking documentation to email to trucks dailyCheck invoices against Weighbridge data and ticketsRun weekly reports for Operations Manager, and any other ad‐hoc reports as requiredEnter data accurately into computer systems; I‐Weigh experience highly regardedRespond to customer enquiries (phone and face‐to‐face) regarding products, pricing and general informationMaintain electronic records, logs and compliance documentation including EPA‐related requirements where applicableAssist with scheduling,



transport coordination and general site administrationSupport yard/operations teams to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow on siteConduct site inductions for drivers, contractors and visitorsMulti‐task effectively in a fast‐paced environment and uphold all safety and compliance proceduresAbout YouStrong administration background with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook essential)High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentationExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously and stay organised in a busy environmentReliable, punctual and committed to secure work practicesPrior weighbridge, logistics, transport, waste or recycling experience desirable but not essentialI‐Weigh system experience desirable but not essential as training will be providedWillingness to obtain any licences/training/medicals as directedHours: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pmType: Ongoing casualStart: ImmediateWhat We OfferStable weekday hoursSupportive team environmentOpportunity to build a career in weighbridge operations and industrial administration
