Working collaboratively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will assess, plan,
implement and evaluate care in a dynamic community-based environment.Key responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality nursing care through comprehensive assessment, care planning and clinical evaluationCoordinating and documenting patient care in accordance with professional and organisational standardsCollaborating with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal care outcomesSupporting quality improvement initiatives and promoting evidence-based nursing practiceContributing to the education, development and support of nursing colleagues and studentsRegistration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APHRA)Selection Criteria:2.
Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD3.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail4.
