You bring sound judgement, a collaborative approach and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, community-based workplace.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or post grad qualifications in Community Development,



Social work or related fieldMinimum of three (3) years working in a Community Services environment and CommunityDevelopmentMental Health First Aid accreditation, Trauma Informed Care training (or willingness to participate in training)Ability to work within an integrated approach that is person centred and includes strengths base, narrativeA current and valid Working with Children CheckAbility in creating, developing and implementing program plans within the Best Practice Frameworks of the Community Service Sector.Strong leadership and management skillsDemonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at workReady to turn compassion into action?
