You'll play a key role in ensuring every person who enters the centre feels safe, welcome,



and supported.What You'll DoThis is more than a security role, it's a position of responsibility, coordination, and impact.As a Control Room Officer, you will be the central point of contact for security operations, using technology, communication, and critical thinking to support the safety and security of people, property, and assets.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies to identify and respond to incidents in real timeCoordinating and communicating with on-site security personnel, emergency services, clients, and stakeholdersManaging access control systems and monitoring site activity across multiple locationsResponding promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and client requestsMaintaining accurate incident reports, operational logs, and records using digital reporting systemsProviding professional customer service and support to clients, tenants, visitors, and contractorsEscalating security, safety, and operational issues in accordance with established proceduresSupporting emergency response activities and business continuity operationsMaintaining a high standard of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentControl Room experience is essential and preferably in a retail environment.This role requires sound judgement, strong situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while making decisions that contribute to the safety and security of our clients and communities.What You'll BringTo succeed with Assetlink, you'll need:A valid NSW Full Security LicenceCurrent First Aid & CPR certificationStrong communication and customer service skillsSound judgement and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work across a rotating 7-day rosterFull working rights in AustraliaNSW M/L: *********QLD M/L: ******* & *******SA ISL: ******VIC M/L: **********SWA M/L: *****ACT M/L: ******** & ********NZ M/L: PSPLA ***********
