Our client is one of Sydney's Leading Fire Protection companies and have been providing Design and Construct Fire Services for over 20 years.Due to ongoing and growing demandwe now have a great chance available to employ an experienced and energetic Project Manager in Fire Protection on a permanent basis to manage numerous projects.You will be working with a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals delivering some of Sydney's profile buildings.Key Responsibilities:Management of multiple projects (Minor & Major Works)Report and liaise directly with the Construction Manager of the businessDelegate works to ensure the smooth running of the projectsLiaise with builders and contractorsProject plan and cost controlEstimating and business developmentExperience required:Project Manager experience in the fire protection industry (essential)Wet Fire background is beneficialStrong knowledge of Australian Standards within fire safety systemsProven ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to effectively manage and develop a team of tradespersons and SupervisorsStrong time management and communication skills
