Join R & R' as a full-time Call Centre Operator based in Southport.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone-based support to our valued clients.
Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be the friendly voice that helps our customers with a wide range of inquiries and queries.
Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday To Friday.What you'll be doingAnswering inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous mannerListening carefully to customer needs and providing accurate information and solutionsLogging customer interactions and maintaining detailed recordsEscalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistanceAdhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreementsContributing to a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiativesWhat we're looking forProven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills,
