As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Allocations team on the afternoon shift, working 12:00pm to 8:06pm.If you are passionate about supporting others, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and are excited about building a career in the transport industry, we would love to hear from you.Duties and responsibilities:Coordinate metro deliveries and collections to support a seamless flow of goodsDevelop and maintain positive customer relationships with a focus on service excellenceOptimise utilisation of assets and labour resourcesContribute to cost management initiatives by identifying and driving operational efficienciesQuickly resolve live distribution issues, working closely with the Customer Service Team and customers to maintain service levels.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility, initiative, and attention to detail.Skills & ExperienceIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven experience in Transport and Logistics, with a strong understanding of industry operations and standardsKnowledgeable with Sydney Metropolitan routes and interstate logistics operations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levelsWorking knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation and compliance requirements is essential.Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challengesWorking knowledge of HACCP principles, particularly within transport and food safety environmentsStrong computer literacy and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentationProfessional and motivated, with a strong drive to achieve resultsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.We have made it our mission to build and sustain a safe and encouraging workplace, where people are trusted, challenged, rewarded and recognised.
