While well‐established, we never stand still, continuing to grow through expertise, service excellence and long‐term client relationships.We're looking for an experienced Broker Assistant (end to end) to support our Lending Advisors in delivering exceptional client outcomes across the end to end mortgage lending journey.This role is ideal for a high‐performing lending professional who thrives in a fast‐paced brokerage environment and takes pride in quality, compliance and consistency.The RoleWorking closely with our Lending Advisors, you'll play a critical role in ensuring loan applications are prepared, assessed and progressed to the highest standard, always in line with industry and regulatory requirements.Supporting Lending Advisors in preparing and packaging high‐quality loan submissionsAdhering to all relevant regulatory, NCCP and BID obligations,Assisting in delivering optimal client outcomes across the full customer journey (lead through to settlement)Verifying clients' financial positions and supporting documentation, including PAYG and self‐employed income documentsPreparing,



reviewing and verifying loan applications to ensure accuracy, completeness and approval readinessManaging loan applications proactively through all stages of the process, including lender follow-up, valuations, conditional approvals, formal approvals and settlements.Maintaining the integrity of CRM systems, customer data and filing processesDemonstrating strong knowledge of current lender policies, products and proceduresLiaising with lenders, valuers and clientsCollaborating effectively with the broader Lending Association team and LA GroupAbout You2-3 years end to end mortgage processing experience (a must)Experience in the banking and finance industry, with a focus on lending, ideally in both residential and commercialWorking knowledge of the Australian banking industry, housing market and regulatory environmentStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills with an exceptional attention to detailJoin a national, well‐respected brokerage with robust brand recognitionSupportive, vibrant team environmentExposure to high‐quality lending scenarios and experienced advisorsAccess to many career pathways across the LA GroupOn‐site gym, full snack cupboard and many team events to choose from!
