and strategic analysis documents.Interpret the implications of regional policies and events for clients' operations, investments, and expansion plans, and provide tailored recommendations and strategic advice.Synthesize complex information from multiple sources, identify key insights and trends, and present findings effectively to internal teams and external clients.Stay updated on regional and global issues that impact the Asia-Pacific, and contribute to the development of the firm's knowledge base and thought leadership in regional affairs.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, Asian Studies, or a related field.Solid understanding of the political, economic, and social environments of the Asia-Pacific region, with in-depth knowledge of at least one or more key markets.Proven experience in policy research, report writing, or strategic analysis; experience in consulting, think tanks, international organizations, or relevant government bodies is highly advantageous.Strong research skills: ability to collect, verify, and analyze information from diverse sources, and produce structured, insightful, and well-written reports and documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong interest in regional affairs, global trends, and the intersection of policy and business.
