As a Maintenance Tradesman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's plumbing systems.What you'll be doingCarry out general plumbing maintenance and repairs for a range of residential and commercial propertiesDiagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing prompt and productive solutionsInstall, service and repair a variety of plumbing fixtures and equipmentRespond to emergency callouts as requiredLiaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer serviceMaintain detailed records and documentation of all work completedEnsure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulationsWhat we're looking forTrade qualification as a 4th year Plumber and tradesmanMinimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar maintenance roleStrong practical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesCommitment to working safely and a keen eye for detailReliable vehicle and clean driving recordP1/P2 licence or higher is acceptable for this positionFlexibility to work overtime and on-call as requiredAustralian citizenship is required for this positionWhat we offerAt Clever Plumbing Solutions', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
