while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.You will work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to coordinate resources, mentor staff, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of surveyors and technical staff.Promote team alignment and accountability, delivering clear consistent message to all team members.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Actively pursue tenders, business development connections, and current opportunities.Coordinate project resources, programming, and surveying requirements.Provide technical leadership and support to field and office teams.Ensure compliance with quality assurance systems and surveying standards.Monitor project budgets, productivity,



and commercial performance.Promote a strong safety culture across all projects.Support the ongoing development and training of team members.Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies and unify outputs to industry leading standards.About YouYou are an experienced surveying professional who enjoys leading teams and building long-term client relationships.
