Your work will include a mix of:General repairs and maintenance — patching, painting, doorhardware, fixtures and fittingsGym equipment servicing and repairsScheduled preventative maintenance tasksResponding to reactive callouts and urgent on-siteneedsSupporting new club fit-outs and refurbishmentsHigh-level cleaning, window cleaning, and periodic deepcleaningOrdering and fitting spare partsYou'll manage your own daily workorders, liaise with club staff and area managers, and have genuineownership of your region — the independence of working acrossmultiple sites, without the overhead of running your ownbusiness.WHOWE'RE LOOKING FORA trade qualification is notessential — what matters most is solid hands-on experience and aget-it-done attitude.
You may be an experienced handyman, amaintenance all-rounder, or a tradesperson looking to move awayfrom sole trading into something more stable and rewarding.You'll be well suited if youhave:Proven experience in a handyman, general maintenance, ortrade roleStrong practical skills across building maintenance,
