Dolphin Solutions is seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team in Beresfield, NSW.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of construction projects.
As Project Administrator, you will be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring all administrative and coordination tasks are completed efficiently to support our project teams and stakeholders.
This role is essential to maintaining project timelines, documentation standards, and communication across all project phases.What you'll be doingCoordinating project schedules, timelines and milestones to ensure all parties are aware of key dates and deadlinesMaintaining comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes and site recordsPreparing project reports, budgets and financial forecasts under the guidance of senior project management staffLiaising between project teams, clients, contractors and suppliers to facilitate effective communicationProcessing purchase orders, invoices and other financial documentation in accordance with company proceduresOrganising and attending project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing action items to relevant partiesManaging project files and ensuring all records are accurately filed and easily accessibleAssisting with compliance documentation, site inspections and project audits as requiredSupporting the delivery of projects by identifying and escalating risks and issues to project managersUtilising project management software and tools to track progress and maintain up-to-date project informationWhat we're looking forA diploma or equivalent qualification in project management,
