It's the perfect blend of administration and customer service, with a strong focus on supporting sales operations.What you'll doWorking closely with our sales, product, and operations teams, you will:Process customer orders in our CRM with speed and precisionPrepare and follow up on quotes to help secure ordersRespond to stock and ETA enquiries, managing expectations clearly and professionallyCoordinate order releases, ensuring timely dispatch and resolution of any issuesDeliver excellent customer service via phone and email (no cold calling — only existing customers and enquiries)Keep customer records accurate and up to date in Salesforce or similar systemsSupport inside sales efforts by understanding customer needs and offering practical solutionsAbout youYou're organised, proactive,
