The Role
Highland is seeking a highly organised, confident and experienced Property Manager to join an exceptional team of hard-working and vibrant individuals.
This is a full-time position based between our Cronulla and Sutherland offices depending on the successful candidate's location.
This is a Monday–Friday role, with one Saturday required every three months (RDO provided).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a Sutherland Shire-based portfolio of approximately ******* properties alongside other experienced Property Managers
Communicating frequently with landlords and tenants
Collaborating with the Leasing and New Business teams
Coordinating and carrying out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals
Managing lease signings and key distribution
Organising electronic filing of tenant and landlord information
Actioning requests for tradespersons,



cleaners etc. in a timely manner
Utilising PropertyMe, Inspection Real Estate, FlickitOver and more (training provided)
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required)
Previous experience in Property Management (2-3 years' experience)
Strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve - Professional communication and follow-up skills
Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders and managing conflict resolution
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
