This is an in-house, full-time role based in Sydney/ Parramatta, suited to an agent who is keen to strengthen their technical capability and grow alongside a developing business.The role provides the opportunity to work closely with the Directors, gain exposure to a broad range of migration matters, and develop professionally within a supportive and ethical workplace.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssess client eligibility and develop tailored visa strategiesProvide immigration advice across Partner, Skilled,



and Employer Sponsored visas and AAT review mattersPrepare and lodge visa applications in accordance with legislative and policy requirementsLiaise with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant assessing bodiesMaintain accurate and compliant client recordsStay up to date with migration legislation, policy, and procedural changesEnsure strict compliance with the MARA Code of ConductCommunicate clearly with clients, explaining processes, risks and timelinesRequirementsCurrent MARA registration (mandatory)Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration LawMinimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Registered Migration AgentExposure to Partner, Skilled, and Employer Sponsored visas preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage files independently and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with LEGENDcom, DoHA portals, and Microsoft OfficeProfessional indemnity insuranceWhat We OfferCompetitive salary within the AUD 75,*******,000 range + superannuationReferral commission opportunitiesDirect mentorship and hands‐on learning from the DirectorsExposure to diverse and complex migration mattersSupportive, professional, and ethical work environmentOpportunity to grow with a developing and forward‐thinking migration practice
