Accounts & Payroll Officer (Part-Time | 12-Month Contract)

Talgara Management Services provides specialist financial management services to Aged Care and Home Care providers throughout Australia.
We also assist in the development of the TriOnline suite of software, designed specifically for the aged care industry.
We're looking for a friendly, organised and detail-oriented person to join our team in a part-time, 12-month maternity leave position.
While this role is initially a fixed-term contract, there is potential for it to become a permanent position for the right person.
About the Role
Payroll processing
Accounts payable and receivable
General ledger and resident accounts processing
Preparing monthly financial and Board reports
Assisting with budget preparation




Government reporting and legislative compliance
Liaising with auditors and clients
About You
You'll ideally have:
Bookkeeping or accounting experience
Excellent attention to detail
A positive, professional attitude
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in Aged Care or Home Care is an advantage but is not essential.
