This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of patient care and service excellence that Chemist By Mail is known for.Key responsibilitiesAssist pharmacists in the dispensing and preparation of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmaceutical standardsManage pharmacy inventory, including stock rotation, ordering, and maintaining appropriate stock levelsProcess prescriptions and maintain detailed pharmaceutical records in accordance with regulatory requirementsProvide friendly and professional customer service to patients, addressing queries and providing basic health information as directedMaintain a clean and organised pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsOperate pharmacy systems and equipment, including cash registers and dispensing technologySupport the pharmacist in performing compliance checks and quality assurance proceduresAssist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondenceContribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as neededWhat we're looking forA recognised Pharmacy Assistant qualification or equivalent certification (such as Pharmacy Assistant Technician accreditation)Current or willing to obtain a Statement of Attainment in Pharmacy Assistant competenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracy,
