This is a part-time role (4 days a week).
This is a newly created role, responsible for leading VIC-focused bid and tender activity, ensuring high-quality, compelling submissions that position GB for continued growth.Reporting into the leadership team, this role will take ownership of end-to-end bid and tender management across Victoria.
You'll coordinate inputs from subject matter experts (SMEs), shape strong written submissions, and ensure all tenders are delivered on time and to a high standard.This role will be primarily focused on bids and tenders.
However, during quieter periods,



you will also provide broader administrative and coordination support to the team.How you'll make an impactManage end-to-end bid and tender activity for the VIC Workers Compensation portfolioWrite, edit and review high-quality, client-focused submissionsCoordinate input from internal SMEs and stakeholders across the businessEnsure all bids are accurate, compliant, and submitted within tight deadlinesManage multiple tenders simultaneously, working effectively under pressureMaintain bid documentation, templates and content librariesProvide general administrative and coordination support as requiredAbout youAbout YouYou're an organised and proactive professional with a strong background in bids, tenders, or proposal management.
