At Think Renewable, we're building a team of former hospitality people who want more money, real career progression, and no more closing shifts.
You'll be out engaging with homeowners and booking qualified appointments for our Solar & Battery Consultants.
No standing behind a bar for eight hours — this is face-to-face, on-your-feet, real conversations every day, and you're home at a normal hour.
The Role
Starting genuine conversations and engaging with homeowners
Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities
Booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Delivering a great customer experience while building trust
Hit the ground running every morning — new territory, live coaching, daily targets, and a team pushing you to be better
What We Offer
$34–$38 per hour base rate
Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
Realistic On-Target Earnings of $1,500–$2,500+ per week
