Must-haves:
Tasmanian Driver's License and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
Current Tasmanian WWVP card with NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR certification (valid and up to date)
Satisfactory National Police Check.
Proof of working rights in Australia (for visa holders)
Solid communication skills and ability to work compassionately with vulnerable clients
The Role:
In the role ofHome Care Employee,



you will be providing our aged care clients and those with a disability with home help services such as:
General Housekeeping and making beds.
Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors.
Washing, folding and ironing laundry.
Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
Getting clients out of bed, showered and dressed for the day.
Assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
Providing social support.
Supporting their Reablement.
Providing complex care for clients with high care needs such as dementia.
Providing the client with transport to lifestyle activities or appointments.
Helping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
