As one of Australia's largest aged care providers, our team of more than 20,000 people care for over 12,000 residents across 148 Care Communities nationwide.About the RoleWe are looking for compassionate and motivated Pathway Carers to join our team across all care communities in Sydney & New South Wales.This role has been designed as an entry pathway into aged care, providing you with hands-on experience, structured learning and the opportunity to build a meaningful long-term career supporting older Australians.Working alongside experienced care teams and under the guidance of our clinical team, you'll assist residents with their daily care, wellbeing, social connection and quality of life while developing the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding future in aged care.No previous aged care experience is required—we'll provide the training, support and career pathway to help you succeed via the Opal HealthCare Academy!
