About the Role
Due to business growth we are seeking a hands-on, experienced candidate to fill this newly created role of National Category Manager.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be the single accountable owner for the commercial category function - range strategy, supplier commercial terms and rebates - with demand input, purchase-order influence and stock-availability consultation into the Supply Chain-owned procurement and S&OP; process.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing sourcing and supplying of products within the category, ensuring qualityandcompliancewithstandards.
Building and managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, andimplementingasupplierrelationshipframework.
Monitoring supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and long-term indicators (LTIs), providing detailed reports.
Gathering and analyzing demand planning information to inform strategicplanningandcoreproductranges.
Leading project management of new product line implementations in collaboration with the TigerPak Network.
Motivating and managing the team to exceed branch business plan expectations.
Ensuring compliance with TigerPak people leadership processes and policies.
Utilizing strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to drive value andbenefits acrossthecategory.
About You
Essential:
Demonstrated experience in category management in a wholesale, distribution, or FMCG environment
Track record of supplier negotiation, contract management, and rebate program recovery
Experience managing a team of category specialists
Desirable:
Experience operating category management as a standalone function separate from procurement execution
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP category/rebate tooling
