TheInventory Controller will optimise operations through inventory and SAP systems based analysis and control, ensuring the highest level of inventory data integrity of product related information, evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system requirements to meet organisational needs within Logistics.Ensure high levels of product availability, inventory and optimal customer service standardsRole model safety values and implement safety, health and setting policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of workingMeet or exceed inventory level commitments for Logistics and own KPI monitoring/updatesImplement inventory control regimes and manage the cycle count/physical inventory process to assure accuracyProvide relevant reporting and documentation on a daily, weekly and monthly basisSupport and maintain SAP stock management system for the siteAccurately manage stock control to deliver objectives and service level targetsInvestigate all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time framesAbout you.
.Extensive experience in an Inventory Controller role in an FMCG,



Manufacturing or Logistics/ Supply Chain operationsSound understanding of SAP Manufacturing WM/MM and product / ingredient batch managementStrong planning and problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAdvance user of MS Excel and ability to conduct detailed data analysisDemonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving approachesPro-actively seeks continuous improvements and operational efficiencies methodsPreferably an understanding of automation/ roboticsAn understanding of SHE issues and Quality principlesOrganisation skills and attention to detailTake initiative and provide complete follow-through on areas of responsibilityAn ability to be 'hands on' and an outcomes focused attitudeDemonstrates honesty and integrity in all interactions, commitments and decision making
