Key Responsibilities:Finance & Invoice Processing: Manage high-volume financial data and process invoices efficiently using SAP.Inbox & Information Management: Monitor central unit email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and redirect or elevate issues appropriately.Operational & Logistical Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including travel management, diary coordination, and meeting/event logistics.Data Flow & Records Upkeep: Collect, compile,
and maintain accurate information within agency databases to ensure records remain reliable and securely accessible.Skills & Experience Required:Mandatory SAP Competence: Proven experience utilizing SAP for data entry, finance processing, or invoice management.Technical Software Skills: Advanced proficiency across the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.Communication & Liaison: Robust interpersonal skills with the capability to manage relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize conflicting workloads, and maintain strict accuracy under tight operational timeframes.Sector Frameworks: A thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes is highly regarded (or a willingness to obtain competence).
