From architect-led luxury renovations across Sydney's eastern suburbs to waterproofing, structural repair, and compliance-led remediation, we protect the design intent and control the process from start to handover.We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of these projects.
If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in premium-quality work and clean, well-run sites, we want to hear from you.The RoleAs our Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects on site — managing trades, safety, quality, and program while keeping delivery on track.
You'll work across both sides of our business: high-end residential renovations with premium finishes and fine detailing, and remedial works including waterproofing, structural repair, facade, and defect rectification.You'll work closely with the Project Director, our office staff, and the architects, engineers, and consultants on each job.
This is a hands-on role, and you'll be expected to get on the tools as required.Key responsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities and ensure work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications,



and timelinesManage and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and trades to ensure productivity, safety, and quality of workMonitor project budgets, track expenditure, and report on financial performance to managementConduct daily site inspections and maintain comprehensive site documentation, including progress reports and recordsEnsure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies at all timesCo-ordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment, optimising site logisticsIdentify and resolve in office issues promptly to maintain project momentum and minimise delaysLiaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and address concernsMaintain quality control standards and conduct inspections to ensure work meets contractual requirementsPrepare and submit regular progress reports, including schedules, budgets, and safety documentationWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on commercial, residential, or industrial construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials,



and industry best practicesExcellent leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to motivate and supervise diverse teamsProficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specificationsSound understanding of health and safety legislation, including Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and site safety protocolsDemonstrated financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and costsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams, clients, and stakeholdersProblem-solving ability and sound judgment in making decisions on siteRelevant qualifications such as a Construction Management qualification, WHS Certificate IV, or equivalent certificationCurrent driver's licence and willingness to work on-site in varying weather conditionsPreferred: Experience with project management software and digital site management toolsWhat we offerAt Engage Construction Pty Ltd, we believe in supporting our employees to succeed and develop their careers.
