Responsibilities
Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents
Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
Provide clinical leadership, ensuring individualised, integrated, effective and safe clinical care
Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

Requirements
We are looking out for:
Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy.
Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our residents and their families.
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care
Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction
Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
Compliance & Clearance
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
