Known globally for our EXP range and the newly launched ADX series, Bruder RV is recognised for innovation, quality and capability in some of the world's toughest conditions.We are now seeking a practical, hands-on Service Technician to join our Brisbane team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will support the servicing, repair, maintenance and warranty work of Bruder RV products, ensuring customers receive a high-quality service experience.About the roleThis is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in caravan/RV service and repair and/or general manufacturing environments within the industry.You will be involved in, but not limited to, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, fitting components, carrying out service work, and supporting customer handovers or warranty requirements.
The role requires strong practical skills, good attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.Key responsibilitiesCarry out service, repair and maintenance work on Bruder RV productsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fit-off and general product issuesComplete warranty and service-related repairs to a high standardInstall,
adjust and repair internal and external fittings and componentsUse hand tools and powered tools safely and effectivelyInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metRecord work completed, parts used and any relevant service notesLiaise with the Service Manager, production team and other internal departmentsCommunicate professionally with customers when requiredFollow workplace health and safety requirements at all timesAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience in caravan/RV industry with service, repair and manufacturing or similar service workMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in caravan/RV industryGood fault-finding and troubleshooting abilityExperience using hand tools and powered toolsAbility to read and follow work instructions or technical informationStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipGood communication skills and a customer-focused approachA current Australian car licence (C class) is requiredPhysical fitness and ability to work in a hands-on environmentExperience with 12V systems, accessories, cabinetry, sealing, fabrication, automotive servicing, warranty work or customer-facing service roles will be highly regarded.What we offerFull-time, ongoing roleCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceOpportunity to work with premium, high-performance off-road caravans in a recent purpose-built siteSupportive team environmentHands-on variety across service, repairs, warranty and fit-off workBe part of a growing Australian brand with strong demand locally and internationally
