As a third-generation family business, we value collaboration, quality and people who care about delivering great work.This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Rochedale, QLD branch.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a varied, hands-on role spanning brand, digital, print, proposals, campaigns, large-format signage and event graphics.
You'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales and Design teams to turn ideas into polished creative outcomes—often seeing your work produced at a significant scale.AI is becoming an key part of how we work.
We're looking for someone who is already using, or genuinely excited to explore, AI-assisted design tools for concept development, image generation, visualisation, content adaptation and more efficient creative workflows.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign marketing campaigns, sales collateral, proposals and tender documentsCreate content for social media, websites, email and digital advertisingDesign large-format signage, exhibition graphics and branded environmentsDevelop concepts, mock-ups and visualisationsPrepare artwork for print, signage and productionUse AI tools to accelerate ideation,
