Axiom Technologies is seeking a POS Hardware Support Technician to provide in office and on-call support for POS hardware in Mackay, QLD.
The role covers installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS devices to ensure minimal downtime and optimal customer service operations.The ideal candidate has a IT/electronics qualification and 1–3 years' experience in retail/service POS environments, with strong hardware knowledge and communication skills.
Shift flexibility is preferred.
