Petstock Victor Harbor is seeking a Retail Associate to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on pet care products.
Complete sales transactions and work toward achieving store sales targets.
Maintain a high standard of store presentation; display new stock accurately and manage inventory replenishment.
Stay current on pet care knowledge and product updates, using this information to advise and upsell.
Support a positive, inclusive in‑store culture where team members enjoy coming to work.
Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and contribute to a culture of safety.

Qualifications
Passion for animals and commitment to high customer service.
Experience in a retail setting with a track record of achieving sales targets.




Robust interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20 kg.
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays.
