Industrial Electrician – Food & Packaging Machinery | Melbourne

Our client is a global leader in food processing and packaging equipment, looking for an Industrial Electrician to join their Melbourne team. This is a hands‑on role covering electrical fault finding, breakdown response and preventative maintenance across a wide variety of high speed packaging and processing machinery.

What you'll do
Attend breakdown calls and get equipment back up and running rapid
Carry out preventative maintenance and electrical fault finding
Recognise when a fault is mechanical rather than electrical and escalates appropriately
Build strong customer relationships on site across Victoria and South Australia
Report on service visits and support continuous improvement

What you'll bring
Solid electrical fault‑finding skills,



no PLC programming required
Some mechanical aptitude and understanding
Experience on food or packaging equipment highly regarded, but not essential
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
