ABOUT THE ROLELocation: Kilcoy, Qld or Lance Creek, VictoriaTo develop, maintain, and control accurate product specifications, technical documentation, and associated data that ensure: Regulatory compliance (DAFF, importing country, AUS-MEAT and customer requirements), Food safety and quality assurance, Operational clarity and consistency, Commercial accuracy of product definitions, Controlled document governance across the business.
