The role starts focused on customer and account management, before progressing into new business development over your first 6–9 months.This is a genuine growth pathway — you'll build product and technical knowledge across our full equipment and services range, with hands‐on mentorship, before taking full ownership of your own patch.What You'll Be DoingCustomer / Account ManagementManage and grow an existing base of customer accountsRespond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email with accurate product and service informationMaintain accurate,



up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions in our CRMProcess sales orders accurately, working closely with our operations and warehouse teamBuild strong relationships with key contacts to understand their needs and spot opportunitiesBusiness DevelopmentProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your patchConduct market research to identify target customers and industriesInitiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networkingConduct regular account reviews to uncover growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfactionStay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market movementsProduct & Technical SupportDevelop deep working knowledge of our medical gas equipment and technical services offeringSupport product procurement and new product rollouts as neededAssist with quoting and scoping for technical services opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in sales, account management, or business development (healthcare/medical industry experience highly regarded but not essential)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf‐motivated, target‐driven, and comfortable working autonomouslyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable using CRM and sales toolsGenuine interest in building real product and technical knowledge — this isn't a sell‐and‐forget roleWhat's On Offer$75,000–$80,000 base + SuperannuationOn-target earnings (OTE) through a performance-based bonus structure (after probation)Full training and mentorship from our current sales teamA clear growth path from account management into business development, backed by a company scaling into recent states and product categoriesBased in Cromer on Sydney's Northern Beaches
