With a team of 550 employees and growing, we currently operate over 50 school age care and early years education services across Catholic schools in the Greater Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains region.Working in our School Age Care team, you'll be joining at a time of growth and creating innovative programs within the approved learning framework "My Time, Our Place".

Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining strong relationships that support and partner with families, schoolprincipalsand the communitySupporting the leading and embeddingofcontinuous improvement in all areas of the service's operations.Educational leadership, including reviewingprogramming and activities.Ensuring that a program delivered is based on, and in a manner aligned with theMy Time Our Place frameworkAssisttheQuality Improvement Plans (QIP)andStrategic Inclusion Plans (SIP)and self-assessments ensuring they are actioned effectively within each serviceLead, mentor, and support service team members to ensure they provide high-quality early learning and care that meets or exceeds the National Quality StandardsAcceptance of the role of nominated supervisor and responsible personOur Service operate between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday,
