The Opportunity

We are looking for a hybrid Delivery driver to join our Queensland warehouse team.
You won't just be the face of our business; you'll be a key driver of our growth.
While your core responsibilities involve the technical delivery, you will also act as a brand ambassador during your visits to our dealer network.
You will be responsible for checking stock levels at dealer sites and actively identifying opportunities to increase orders.
This is a perfect opportunity for a delivery professional with a "sales mindset" or a sales-focused individual who enjoys getting out of the office and into the field.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver and install products in customers' homes
Assemble adjustable beds and lift chairs
Explain safe operation of products to customers
Remove and dispose of old furniture items as needed
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with warehouse logistics
Receive deliveries and fill purchase orders
Pick and pack orders
Assist with repairs, maintenance, and quality control checks
Maintain tidy workspaces and follow warehouse housekeeping standards
Support regular stocktakes and pickupsAssist with administrative warehouse duties as required including delivery scheduling
Visit our dealer network to drop off orders, check current stock levels,



and proactively identify and secure opportunities for further sales.

What We're Looking For
Experience as a removalist or furniture delivery driver
You have (or are willing to learn) technical and/or mechanical skills
You have an excellent customer service focus with a friendly and likeable manner
You are a good communicator who always acts with integrity and compassion
You are physically capable of moving heavy equipment
Light Truckdrivers' license - (if you don't have this, we will provide training)
Forklift drivers' license (if you don't have this, we will provide training)
Experience working with the elderly and with people who have special needs (advantageous but not essential)
You are willing to undergo a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) screening check (essential)
You are willing to receive any vaccinations as required by the NDIS
Industry experience is not essential but a willingness to learn and get involved is a must!
Proven experience in sales or a strong desire to transition into a sales-focused role.
You are comfortable building rapport and identifying new order opportunities with our dealers.
