What You'll Be Doing
Building and nurturing relationships with decorative trade painters, contractors, builders, and end usersProviding expert advice on decorative paint systems, coatings, colour selection, surface preparation, and application techniquesIdentifying opportunities to grow sales and expand our decorative coatings customer baseConducting regular customer visits and maintaining ongoing contact with key trade partnersPromoting new products, services, and coating solutions to customersResponding to customer enquiries and providing tailored recommendations for residential and commercial projectsPreparing quotations and following up on sales opportunitiesProcessing orders and ensuring a seamless customer experienceUsing colour‐matching technology and tinting equipment to deliver accurate colour solutionsSupporting the showroom by creating an engaging and professional customer environmentWorking closely with store and warehouse teams to ensure customers receive outstanding serviceAssisting with stock management, merchandising,



and inventory control as requiredHandling customer concerns professionally and providing practical solutionsMaintaining current knowledge of industry trends, products, and decorative coating technologiesFollowing all Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
What You'll Bring
Experience within the decorative paint, coatings, painting, hardware, building, or related industryStrong knowledge of decorative paint products, coatings systems, colour selection, and application methodsA proven ability to build and maintain relationships with trade customers and end usersExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA customer‐focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceStrong sales and business development capabilitiesExcellent organisational and time‐management skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomesA proactive, self‐motivated, and professional attitudeConfidence using technology, colour‐matching systems, and point‐of‐sale softwareA current driver's licence (essential)Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
