The Geriatric Medicine Department delivers specialist care across acute geriatrics, rehabilitation, GEM (Geriatric Evaluation and Management), and Transition Care Program (TCP) services.




At the heart of the service is a contemporary 30-bed inpatient unit, providing comprehensive multidisciplinary care for older adults with complex medical, functional, and rehabilitation needs.
