This is a full-time role within our Investment Management team, where you'll assist in the day-to-day management of residential investment properties while delivering an exceptional experience for our landlords and tenants.

From coordinating maintenance and inspections to leasing properties, building relationships and solving problems, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of residential investment management.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential investment portfolio.
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs while ensuring work is completed efficiently.
Marketing available properties and assisting with leasing.
Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation.
Conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate property records.
Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and agency procedures.
Preparing property advertising and online listings.
Providing exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries promptly.
General administration, data entry and team support.
Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the real estate industry.
