Acting as a central point of coordination between regional technology teams, program stakeholders and delivery partners, you will help drive governance, planning, communication and execution activities across multiple workstreams.This is an opportunity to contribute to a high profile enterprise transformation program while gaining exposure to global stakeholders, modern cloud technologies and large-scale program delivery practices.This role will be based in Sydney (Mascot), Melbourne (CBD) or Port Kembla.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate regional workshops, planning sessions and project activities across North AmericaSupport resource planning and coordination of assessment and migration activitiesMonitor actions, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely progress and escalation of risks or issuesMaintain governance artefacts including RAID logs, status reporting and decision registersSupport program communications, stakeholder engagement and change management activitiesManage project documentation and information repositoriesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding of program resourcesWork closely with Microsoft, DXC,



Lab3 and internal technology teams to support successful delivery outcomesQualificationsAbout YouYou are a highly organised and proactive project professional with robust coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
