You will deliver specialised psychosocial care to at-risk young people and their families in a team-oriented multidisciplinary team.The role offers opportunities to develop individualized treatment plans, engage in advocacy, maintain clinical documentation, and contribute to quality improvement and research activities while working within Central Coast Local Health District.
