We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Motel Management Couple.
This is a unique full time opportunity based in Casino, NSW ****, where you and your partner will work together to manage and operate our motel property.
As a management couple, you will share responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and facility management.
This role offers the chance to build a successful partnership within the hospitality sector whilst contributing to a family friendly business with strong values and community connections.Key responsibilitiesOverseeing all aspects of motel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping coordination and maintenance schedulingManaging guest relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem resolutionSupervising and training staff members, fostering a positive and professional working environmentMaintaining accurate records of bookings, revenues, expenses and occupancy ratesImplementing and maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with relevant legislation and industry best practicesManaging budgets, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to enhance profitabilityConducting regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are metLiaising with suppliers, contractors and service providers to maintain facilities and equipmentPromoting the motel through various channels and managing online presence and bookings platformsHandling administrative duties, including payroll coordination and compliance documentationBeing available for emergency situations and providing on‐call support as requiredWhat we look forProven experience in motel or hotel management, ideally with at least 2-3 years in a similar operational roleStrong understanding of hospitality operations,



including front-of-house and back-of-house functionsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest complaints professionally and courteouslyProficiency in motel management software and booking systems, preferably GuestPoint.Sound knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene standards applicable to hospitality venuesStrong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a teamOrganisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvementsA genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiencesFlexibility and resilience, with the ability to work weekends, public holidays and unsociable hours as requiredRelevant qualifications in hospitality management or equivalent experience would be advantageousWhat we offerWe value our team members and believe in creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.
