Job Description

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day store operations, leading a team of retail staff, and ensuring the business consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for stock management, merchandising, sales performance, compliance, and maintaining a protected, efficient, and profitable operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an energetic and motivated retail skilled who enjoys leading from the front.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a retail supervisory, management, or liquor retail leadership role
Proven ability to lead teams, manage staffing levels, and drive performance
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills




Experience with stock control, merchandising, and sales growth initiatives
Current RSA certification (Essential) and understanding of retail compliance requirements
