Retail Assistant – Atherton

Overview

As a Retail Assistant at Lifeline, you will support a 120‑store network selling donated goods to fund suicide prevention services. Your role is integral to maintaining a welcoming store environment, achieving sales targets, and supporting the retail side of Queensland’s leading charity brand.

Responsibilities
Ensure product merchandising & store presentation is of a high standard
Complete inventory management & stock‑taking
Assist customers with enquiries and sales

Qualifications
Passion for retail and a genuine desire to enjoy a fast‑paced, ever‑changing workplace
Passion for your local community and ability to build relationships to understand local needs
The ability to recognise potential and promote store growth
Self‑motivated with initiative
Positive attitude and good personal presentation
First‑class customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Availability to work weekends





Salary & Benefits
$34.76 per hour + Super
NFP salary packaging – save tax on everyday living expenses & meals (up to $15,900 & $2,650 per annum)
