Security Officer – Full time

Location: Eastgardens, NSW

About The Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response and client‑facing duties.

Full‑time position

Level 2: $35.59

Roster
Week 1: Wednesday to Friday – 6:00pm to 6:00am
Week 2: Wednesday to Thursday – 6:00pm to 6:00am
Saturday to Sunday: 6:00pm to 6:00am

Key Responsibilities
Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets
Provide a professional and approachable security presence
Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance
Identify and assess risks,



taking appropriate action in line with procedures
Adhere to all site and company security protocols
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements
A valid Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
Positive physical fitness, as patrols are required
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Strong attention to detail
A reliable and punctual work history
Full Australian working rights
