You'll lead by example, ensure service excellence, and bring your mixology expertise to elevate the guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver effective, friendly, and professional beverage service across all outletsCreate a welcoming workplace that exceeds guest expectationsLead the bar team in crafting cocktails to standard recipes with consistency and flairMaintain beverage cost controls and ensure alignment with budget targetsConduct regular stock takes and manage bar service equipment and inventorySet and maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards through weekly cleaning schedulesEnsure all mis-en-place is completed before service beginsTrain and coach staff on beverage knowledge, wine pairings, and upselling techniquesEnsure accurate billing and compliance with hotel proceduresOperate within liquor licensing laws and uphold RSA principlesSupport training and performance management of bar staffMonitor service flow, guest satisfaction, and team collaboration during peak periodsStay current with mixology trends, seasonal ingredients,
