We're looking forPeople & Culture Advisorwho is passionate about creating great employee experience and delivering responsive, people-centred support.
In this role, you'll take ownership of our HRIS, support employees across the full employee lifecycle, and act as a trusted first point of contact for people and leaders seeking level 1 and 2 People & Culture guidance.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll play an important role in strengthening our people practices, enhancing systems and processes and helping create a seamless employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate and manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through to offboarding.
Prepare contract variations, employee documentation and undertake key HRIS workflows
Support probation, development, engagement and retention processes
Ensure employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially
Partner with leaders to deliver a positive and consistent employee experiences
HRIS & People System Ownership
Act as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for our HRIS
Maintain data integrity, system workflows and employee records
Support system enhancements, upgrades and process automation opportunities
Develop and maintain people reporting and workforce insights
Provide system training and support to leaders and employees
Serve as the first point of contact for the level 1 and level 2 People & Culture enquiries
Provide advice on policies, procedures and people-related matters
Support leaders with employee relations, performance and conduce matters
Escalate complex cases when required while ensuring timely resolutionContribute to building leadership capability through coaching and guidance
Identify opportunities to improve people processes, systems and ways of working
Support the implementation of people initiatives and projects
Contribute to compliance, governance and best-practice HR processes
Help enhance the employee experience through efficient and people-centred solutions
About You
You're proactive, detail-orientated People & Culture professional who genuinely enjoys helping others.
You understand that every interaction shapes the employee experience and bring a strong customer service mindset to the support you provide.
You thrive in environments where you can build trusted relationships, solve problems and create positive outcomes for people.
You're highly organised, take pride in getting the details right, and are known for your ability to follow through on commitments and see tasks through to completion.
You don't wait to be asked - you take ownership, look for opportunities to improve how things are done, and contribute to creating a seamless experience for employees and leaders alike.
You'll Bring
Experience in a People & Culture, HR Advisory or similar role.
A strong customer service mindset and commitment to positive employee experiences.
Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
(Elmo or Tanda highly desirable)
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Confidence providing timely, practical support to employees and leaders.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in Early Learning, OSHC, education, aged care, disability, community services or a similar people-centred sector will be highly regarded.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (desirable).
