We're on the hunt for an experienced Forklift Dispatch Operator / Dockhand to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse in Kemps Creek.
This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are the same.
You'll spend time on the forklift, but you'll also jump in with the team to keep the dispatch operation running smoothly.If you're someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a great team, and taking pride in getting the job done, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleYour day will include a combination of forklift operation and warehouse duties, including:Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks safelyAssisting with dispatch and dock operationsPicking, packing and preparing customer ordersRF scanning, labelling and sorting freightEnsuring freight is loaded accurately and on timeWorking collaboratively with the warehouse teamMaintaining a clean,



organised and safe work environmentThis is a role for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to jump in wherever needed.What We're Looking ForCurrent LF Forklift Licence (essential)Previous experience in dispatch, dock operations or a busy warehouseExperience loading and unloading trucksComfortable with both forklift operation and manual warehouse tasksRF scanning experience is highly regardedPhysically fit and capable of manual handlingStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyReliable with a positive attitude and robust work ethicAbility to pass a police checkFull Australian working rightsWhat's On OfferAfternoon Shift – Sunday to Friday with 4:30pm startsCompetitive hourly rateOngoing, stable employment with consistent hoursSupportive team environmentOpportunities for long-term career growthFast-paced role that keeps every shift interesting
