The RoleService Delivery CoordinatorReporting to the Service ManagerThe Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our customer relationships, handling incoming calls and emails, and supporting our Service Delivery People (SDPs) on the ground.
This role is perfect for someone with a delivery background who wants to step into more responsibility and progress their career, while still staying connected to the operational side of service delivery.Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interactionEffectively handle customer enquiries and provide timely customer supportAccurate and efficient data entry into systemsWork confidently with the Microsoft Office Suite and other business applicationsPartner with SDPs to ensure our service commitments are consistently metSupport operational needs by assisting with deliveries when requiredComply with and support all health & safety proceduresKey Skills and Experience RequiredStrong team player with the ability to collaborate effectivelyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills, with a clear and confident mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFlexible, proactive, and willing to step in operationally when requiredAs part of our recruitment process you will be required to complete pre-employment screening which includes reference checking and health screening that involves drug and alcohol testing.
